Returns & Exchanges

At The Broken Binding, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
